Our mission at Tri-State Health Care is simply to serve you, the patient.  Our doctors and staff will work with you to achieve your goals, whether they be to get out of pain, to return to work, to enhance performance or to maintain a state of wellness.

Tri-State Health Care is conveniently located and maintains convenient hours.  We are here to serve you Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. & on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
