Dr. Hughes

Dr. HughesDr. Frank Hughes is a native of Greene County having grown up in Mt. Morris and having graduated from Waynesburg Central High School.  After earning his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from West Virginia University he would enter Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  Dr. Hughes graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2003.  Immediately thereafter he joined Dr. Michael Webb, Jr. and Dr. Jay Rumbaugh at Tri-State Health Care happy to once again be close to family, friends and to serve the community he calls home.

In 2006, Dr. Hughes would take over the reigns of Tri-State Health Care and is proud to build upon the legacy of providing quality health care to one patient at a time.

Dr. Hughes makes it a priority to grow professionally and personally.  He has attended numerous continuing education seminars and is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and the West Virginia Chiropractic Society.  Other memberships include those to the Palmer College Alumni Association & WVU Alumni Association.  He is an active member of Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle.  Dr. Hughes has served as a past president and board member of the Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce and continues to support many community events and organizations.

Dr. Hughes, his wife Sarah (Lemley) and their daughter, Hannah, reside in Mt. Morris.

Dr. Hughes is also fluent in American Sign Language.

 

 

 

 

Dr. RumbaughDr. Rumbaugh

Dr. Jay Rumbaugh joined Tri-State Health Care in 1987 and has since served countless patients.  A native of Southwest PA, he attended California University of PA prior to attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  Dr. Rumbaugh is a second generation chiropractor.

Dr. Rumbaugh attends numerous continuing education seminars to ensure that he is able to continue to provide outstanding care to his patients.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Rumbaugh is an avid golfer.  He resides in Washington with his wife Tina and their two sons, Shane and Jason.
